Design consultation
If you’d like to use our design service, we’ll arrange a design consultation to discuss the brief with you in more detail.
Proposal
You receive a 3D concept design and comprehensive quotation.
You can also select any finishing touches, like furniture, flooring, TVs and iPads.
Production
Once you’re happy with the design, our skilled production team print and build your stand.
Installation
We deliver and install your stand at the event. You simply arrive and everything’s ready!
We always encourage exhibitors to start planning their stand early – ideally 9-12 months before the show. But if you’ve left things a bit late, don’t panic. Talk to us and we’ll see what we can do.
Project management comes as standard – ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for you. We’ll handle everything – even the paperwork. You’ll have a single point of contact throughout who will know your project inside out. On show day, we’ll be there to ensure installation goes smoothly and you’re happy with the result. All you have to do is show up and do the talking!
Preview your stand before the big day
We’ll create a 3D visual mock-up of your stand so you can see what it will look like. That way, you can be sure you’re 100% happy and have no surprises on show day!
