Exhibition stand design
We know that getting noticed at a trade show can be a real challenge, with everyone competing for attention. Our in-house exhibition design team are experts in stand layout and eye-catching design – both crucial elements to attract visitors.

We can work closely with your marketing or creative team to make sure we’re consistent with your brand identity. Perhaps you’d prefer to create your own artwork? No problem. We can supply you with an artwork template.
Great design goes beyond just the graphic elements. We can advise you on a whole array of finishing touches, from lighting to interactive elements like Smart TVs and iPads to furniture and flooring. It’s a complete exhibition stand package, all under one roof.

Exhibition stand build
Our team of joiners and stand builders work tirelessly to deliver the final stage of your project. Whether it’s a simple shell scheme stand fit out, or a full bespoke space only stand, our in-house team carry out the installation and breakdown of your stand in a safe manner and with the utmost care and attention you deserve.
Project management
Our project managers act as the glue to bring all the elements of your experience with us together.
Once your order is confirmed, the project management team take over and begin the communication with a ‘next steps’ document. They will work behind the scenes to ensure a smooth delivery of your project. From liaising with design and production, to writing comprehensive method statements, risk assessments and construction phase plans, through to briefing the installations team before build.
Everything is handled by your dedicated project manager, keeping you informed at every step of the way.
Printing
Our in-house printing capability is second to none. Our super size printer means we can create single seamless graphics to any length – our current record is 21 metres – up to 1440dpi resolution.
For reusable graphics, like our display panel graphics, we can laminate with a scratch-resistant coating so they stand the test of time.
We can also print onto vinyl, creating bespoke printed floors and wallpaper for our clients.
Audio/visual equipment
To engage a customer at your exhibition stand, you need to present a clear and effective brand message that reaches your customers via multiple senses. Gone are the days of handing out printed leaflets; visitors now want a truly interactive experience. This is where carefully considered audio/visual elements come in.
Rocket can provide you with a wide range of touch screens, smart TVs, projectors and screens, speakers and headphones, PCs, laptops, tablets and virtual reality headsets. Our service includes on-site installation, technical support and removal ensuring glitch-free, professional and reliable equipment.

Lighting
Used well, lighting can have a huge impact not only on the visual appeal of your graphics, but also the atmosphere of your exhibition stand, helping to entice people in. A poorly lit stand risks you being lost in the crowd.
We have a range of lighting options available. Our designers can advise you on what works best for your stand.
- LED spotlights – an easy, cost-effective way to draw attention to key products and light your space. Being a low-energy option, they’re not only safe to use in an exhibition setting they’re environmentally friendly too.
- Floodlights – great for large stands to illuminate your space, and there are some low-wattage LED versions available.
- Rope lighting – available in various colours and lengths, you can add them to platforms, shelves and reception counters to stunning effect.
- Lightboxes – a very effective way to illuminate your product or key messages.
Furniture
Your choice of furniture will largely depend on what your exhibiting objectives are, but ensuring your visitors are comfortable is paramount. Furniture can also be a useful way of dividing your display stand into different zones, for example you may need a place for more private conversations. Our design team can advise you on different options and furniture combinations.
We hold a stock of exhibition furniture in-house, but can source whatever you’re looking for and in the colour you need to complement your brand. We can provide you with:

Flooring
It’s easy to overlook the floor of your exhibition stand – in fact, many exhibitors do! Choosing a personalised floor for your display stand can really help you stand out. Our designers can incorporate your floor design seamlessly into the rest of the stand, creating something bespoke for you.
Even a simple floor covering like vinyl, laminate or carpet can give a more professional finish and create a more inviting atmosphere in your stand.

Logistics, installation and storage
Bringing everything together at the same place and time for an exhibition project can be stressful. As part of our complete exhibition service, we include transport, installation, dismantling and – if needed – storage of your stand.
Transport
Not only will we deliver your stand to the trade show, we can also take any other materials or equipment you may need – ensuring everything gets to the right place, at the right time.
Installation
Getting everything set up in the available time, knowing where the power points are and lugging stock and equipment across the venue can all add stress and hassle into the mix. We take the strain for you: you simply turn up and everything’s ready.
Dismantling
Removing your stand at the end of the show can be chaotic, stressful and tiring – and the last thing you feel like doing at the end of a busy trade show. This is why we take care of all that for you, carefully dismantling your stand while you simply walk away.
Exhibition stand storage
We can keep your stand in our storage facility, ensuring your investment is well looked after and ready for your next event. If any refurbishment work’s needed, our workshop team can handle that for you, ensuring your stand is perfect every time.
